- Design can be printed to be right handed (design facing out when in your right hand), left handed (design facing out when in your left hand) or you can have the design printed on both sides
- Mugs are printed by hand in our studio using professional materials and processes
- Sublimation inks are used to produce vibrant colours that are permanent and will not fade or scratch
- Dishwasher safe (top shelf only)
- Microwave safe

PROCESSING TIME
We will be processing orders anywhere from 1 - 5 business days. Please note: this time may be extended during peak holiday seasons and sales.
Please note: The props used to style the pictures are not included with your order, you will only receive the coffee mug. The colours on your screen and in the finished coffee mug you receive may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors.
Due to the nature of our products we cannot provide a refund. However, if you have a problem with your coffee mug, please contact us, and we will work with you to fix the issue. SHIPPING
We are located in Ontario, Canada:
• U.S orders are shipped either First Class or Priority using USPS from Niagara Falls, New York and will take 2-8 business days depending where you live.
• Canadian orders are shipped Expedited using Canada Post and will take 2-8 business days depending where you live.
• All other international orders are shipped from Niagara Falls, New York and will take 2 – 3 weeks.
All order come with a tracking number.
Please Note: Processing time and shipping time are separate. Once you place your order, it will take 1-5 days to process your order, then your shipping time will begin.
