Refund policy
Given the custom nature of my items, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (unless you contact us within 2 hours of purchasing). However, if there is an issue with your order, are unhappy with your purchase or you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me at hello@studioseventeen.ca. I will do what I can to make it right!
Any unsuccessful deliveries due to customers providing the wrong mailing address, PO Box issues or stolen packages after an order has been marked delivered will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Our return policy is valid for 15 days after your delivery date. Once this time has past, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exceptions to this Policy
My items arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your mug arrives broken or damaged, send us an email to hello@studioseventeen.ca with a picture of the broken goods and your order number and a replacement mug will be sent out.
I received the wrong items, what do I do?
Whoopsie! If you received the wrong items, send us an email to hello@studioseventeen.ca with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item and we will send out the correct items as quickly as possible.
