How fast do you process orders?
We are currently processing orders in 1-3 business days, Quality is top priority for us, and we want to ensure you will receive your product exactly as purchased.
Canada Shipping and Delivery
We are located in Ontario, Canada.
Canadian Orders will be shipped by courier and takes 1-8 business days depending on where in Canada you live
PO Box address and addresses outside of the courier delivery area are shipped with Canada Post and can take up to 10 business days

US and International Shipping and Delivery
US orders are shipped using USPS from Sunburn, New York and will take 2-10 business days depending where you live.All US orders come with a tracking number.
We use Stallion Express to courier orders from Sarnia, Ontario Canada to New York. Once you receive your tracking information it may take 24-48 for your orders to be scanned into the system and the tracking info to update.

Do you offer tracking numbers?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you need help tracking your order, please email us at hello@studioseventeen.ca, or click the chat button in the bottom right hand corner of our website. We would be happy to help.
Help! I put the wrong mailing address!!
If you placed an order and need to change your mailing address, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already shipped, here are your options:
If you are in Canada, you have 2 options.
- Pay the return shipping penalty from the courier as well as the shipping fee to resend the package back to you. If you choose this option, you will need to wait for the item(s) to be returned to us.
- Repurchase the item(s)
If you are in the US, unfortunately you will have to repurchase the order as it will not return to us in Canada.
Studio Seventeen is not responsible for the following
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
Return Policy
Given the custom nature of my items, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations (unless you contact us within 1 hour of purchasing). However, if there is an issue with your order or you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me at hello@studioseventeen.ca. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and I will do what I can to make it right!
Exceptions to this Policy
My items arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your mug arrives broken or damaged, send us an email to hello@studioseventeen.ca with a picture of the broken goods and your order number and a replacement mug will be sent out.
I received the wrong items, what do I do?
Whoopsie! If you received the wrong items, send us an email to hello@studioseventeen.ca with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item and we will send out the correct items as quickly as possible.
